How you get in

Five steps from a message to a paycheck.

Tap a line to see what happens at each one.

First contact

Send a message on WhatsApp. Tell us your trade, your experience and the areas you can get to.

Whoever writes today gets an answer today. That is not a slogan, it is how the desk runs.
The database

Trade, day rate, area and availability. Once you are in, when a shift comes up in your zone we already know to call you.

No resume, no interview room. The information we need is what you can do and where you can be.
One day on the job

One real day on a real job, paid. You bring your tools, we bring the work.

Nobody gets judged on a phone call here. You show what you can do on site, and that is what decides your level.
The verdict

The foreman rates the work and the attitude at the end of the day.

Straight answer that same day. You are not left waiting a week to find out where you stand.
Enabled

You start receiving shift posts. Hours and pay tracked in Connecteam, not in somebody's memory.

From here it is on you. Show up, do the work right, and the calls keep coming.
The growth ladder

The more you prove, the more you earn.

Weekly figures assume five days. Level is not about how long you have been around, it is about what you can do without somebody standing over you.
